Home-made Soup of the Day
Our soups are made with fresh vegetables and stocks
Served with home-made bread

Sundried Tomato and Feta Souffle (v)
Double baked, crispy on the outside and melting
on the inside served with Parmesan and cream sauce

Salt Crusted King Prawns
Simply Pan-fried in their jackets and
served with lemon and garlic butter

Smoked Chicken and Pear Salad
The Atholl Arms Hotel home smoked Chicken
served cold with slices of pear and a sour cream,
dijon mustard dressing

Escalopes of Salmon served with a tomato Salsa
Fresh Salmon marinated in lime and olive oil then
seared on a griddle and served with a spicy tomato salsa

Asparagus Tart (v)
A Light puff pastry case filled with fresh Asparagus,
egg, cheese and cream

Pork with Apple and Red Onion Confit
Thin slices of Fillet of Pork pan-fried & served on
a bed of Apple and Onions poached in White Wine

Lamb Cutlets with Thyme
Simply grilled with Thyme and served accompanied
with garlic and sundried tomato puree

Steaks

Cooked to your liking and served Garni or with
a brandy, green peppercorn and cream sauce
